Qualifications

• Reliable, flexible and empathetic approach to support.
• Fluent English in speech and writing.
• Legal right to work in Ireland and Garda vetting willingness.
• Willingness to undertake mandatory training before starting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks, including showering, grooming and transfers using equipment.
• Provide domestic assistance and help the person live independently.
• Participate in mandatory training and maintain confidentiality.
• Be available for occasional extra hours to cover shifts.
