Kenmare Collection Hospatality Group is seeking a Business Operations Manager for a part-time, 3–4 days a week role in Kenmare, Co. Kerry.

The role focuses on refurbishment project planning, holiday-home management, and daily operations support, with a hands-on approach across hospitality operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable and a calm problem-solver, comfortable with emails, spreadsheets and online systems, and holds a full driving license with own car.

• Highly organized and reliable with strong follow-through.
• Calm problem-solver able to liaise with trades, suppliers and guests.
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets and online systems.

Responsabilidades

• Plan refurbishments: scope, timeline, trades, materials, deadlines.
• Coordinate cleaners and changeovers for 15 holiday units.
• First point of contact for day-to-day issues; drive timely resolutions.
• Maintain admin, paperwork and owner updates; assist with recruitment.
