Job summary

Louis Fitzgerald Group in Palmerstown is seeking a part-time Customer Service/Sales Assistant to greet customers, advise on products and upsell where appropriate. You will help maintain a clean, well-stocked service area and provide friendly, efficient service to ensure a satisfying visit.

The role requires midweek and weekend availability, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to assisting customers and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• To ensure all customers receive the highest standard of service quickly, efficiently and courteously.
• Greeting customers, assisting and engaging with them, providing advice and upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain a professional neat appearance and keep the service area clean at all times.
• Restocking and replenishment of Off Licence inventory, merchandising and supplies.
• Awareness of products, promotions and prices, and being informed on upcoming events.
• Professional and polite age checks for customers under 25 in line with RSA regulations.
• To ensure all home delivery procedures are followed.
