Job summary

Aura Holohan Group in Drogheda, Ireland, invites a qualified Lifeguard to join our Aura Drogheda team on a part-time basis. Your core responsibility is to keep pool users safe and deliver friendly, professional service while upholding our safety standards.

We offer flexible hours, a supportive training environment, and opportunities to develop in Lifeguarding and related disciplines. Basic pay starts at €14.30 per hour (Mon-Sat) and €16.02 per hour on Sundays, with inclusive benefits for staff.

Qualifications

• RLSS Lifeguard or IWS Lifeguard qualifications required.
• Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
• Previous lifeguard experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to qualify in related disciplines such as Swim Teaching.
• Excellent English communication and flexibility with hours.

Responsibilities

• Keep pool customers safe in the pool area at all times.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to Aura's vision, purpose and values.
• Act quickly and appropriately to ensure customer safety in emergencies.
• Attend mandatory meetings and monthly training sessions; maintain high customer service standards.
