Hollybank Trustees Ltd. seeks a reliable Stores & Goods In Assistant to join our hotel team on a part-time basis. You will receive, check and store deliveries, and help distribute stock to hotel departments while maintaining clean, orderly stores and adhering to health and safety procedures.

Ideally you are punctual, organised and able to work independently or as part of a team. Previous hotel or warehouse experience is a plus, but training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and well organised with a good standard of English.
• Experience in hotel stores, goods-in, warehouse or similar is advantageous, training provided.

Responsabilités

• Receive and check deliveries from suppliers.
• Ensure deliveries are correctly recorded and stored.
• Organise and distribute goods to the relevant hotel departments.
• Assist with deliveries and movement of stock around the hotel.
• Keep the stores and goods-in areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Maintain good housekeeping and stock organisation within the stores.
• Assist with general duties within the stores and hotel as required.
• Follow all hotel health, safety and food hygiene procedures.

We are looking for a reliable and organised Stores & Goods In Assistant to join our hotel team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and check deliveries from suppliers.
• Ensure deliveries are correctly recorded and stored.
• Organise and distribute goods to the relevant hotel departments.
• Assist with deliveries and movement of stock around the hotel.
• Keep the stores and goods-in areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Maintain good housekeeping and stock organisation within the stores.
• Assist with general duties within the stores and hotel as required.
• Follow all hotel health, safety and food hygiene procedures.

About You

• Reliable, punctual and well organised.
• Physically fit and comfortable handling deliveries and stock.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have a good level of written and spoken English
• Previous experience in a hotel, stores, goods-in, warehouse or similar role would be an advantage, but training will be provided.
