Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is seeking a part-time Coldstore Operative to join our 20 hours per week team. You will pick and pack frozen orders in a -20°C environment, with protective clothing provided and regular breaks.

You will focus on accurate picking, meeting tight deadlines, and keeping the coldstore clean for maximum efficiency. The role offers pro-rated holiday and a competitive hourly rate of €15.50.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring orders are accurately picked and placed in the correct cage for the next morning.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
• Improve efficiencies and implement improvements.
• Assist the office team as needed.
• Report health and safety, stock quality and equipment issues.
• Staff are multi-functional and may cover additional tasks when others are away.
