Job summary

The Address Collective is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our Cork team on a part-time, weekday schedule. You will support the F&B supervisor in serving guests and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Role requires early morning shifts from 6:30am, fluent English, and excellent communication skills. You will contribute to upselling and uphold cleanliness and guest satisfaction across outlets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years' experience working in a restaurant or in a Food and Beverage customer service environment.
• Must be available to work early shifts (6:30am)
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests and customers Food and Beverage while adhering to service standards and procedures.
• Take food and drink orders and fulfill customers' requests accurately and efficiently.
• Know all menus and explain dishes confidently while looking for upsell opportunities.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout each guest's experience in our outlets.
• Clean the outlet to required standards and adhere to deep cleaning schedules.
