Job summary

Eccles Hotel Glengarriff in West Cork is seeking an enthusiastic Morning Food & Beverage Assistant for a part-time role, assisting with breakfast service and guest interaction.

You will work as part of the restaurant team, engage with guests, support the kitchen, and help set up, serve, and close the AM shift. Previous hospitality experience is welcomed; full training provided. The property offers a bike-to-work scheme, employee discounts, and free on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in hospitality preferred.
• No formal qualification required.
• Strong communication and guest service oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Serving food & beverages to guests in our restaurant in the mornings for breakfast.
• Engage with and chat to guests, giving advice on local attractions, facilities in the hotel.
• Help other team members, work as part of a team for set up, service and close of AM Shift.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure the guest dining experience meets expectations.
