This part-time weekend role focuses on delivering warm Irish hospitality, greeting guests, taking orders, serving meals and drinks, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety hygiene standards desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve meals and drinks with attention to detail and presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverages.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Ensure tables are properly set and dining area is clean and tidy.
