Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to take orders by phone or online, and to make outbound courtesy calls. The role runs 24 hours per week across any 3 in 6 days, with emphasis on empathy, warmth and accurate order handling.

You will help drivers with route planning, update customer records, and promote our nutritious meals. A discretionary bonus and company benefits accompany a competitive hourly wage of €15.50.

Qualifications

• Experience of a customer service role.
• Confident using a Personal computer to manage and process orders.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Able to pay attention to detail and be accurate in your work.
• Numerate and good written English; GCSE Maths & English standard or equivalent.
• Able to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Taking telephone/internet orders and making outbound calls to customers and prospects.
• Support drivers with route planning for next day deliveries.
• Provide exemplary service on every call or contact.
• Update customer records and liaise with relatives as required.
• Ensure customers know how to cook, store and re-order meals.
• Promote new products or promotions to customers.
• Search for and pursue new business opportunities.
• Share best practices with colleagues to improve service.
