Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is seeking a Customer Services Advisor in Dublin. The role involves taking calls, processing orders and occasionally making outbound courtesy calls to our elderly customers who may rely on this contact each day.

The role emphasises empathy, patience and clear communication. 24 hours per week with a 15.50€ per hour rate plus bonus and company benefits, requiring good English and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Experience of a customer service role.
• Confident using a PC to manage and process orders.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Able to pay attention to detail and be accurate.
• Numerate with good written English; GCSE Maths & English standard or equivalent.
• Able to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Take telephone and internet orders and make outbound calls.
• Support drivers with route planning for next day deliveries.
• Provide exemplary service on every call or contact.
• Update customer records and liaise with relatives as required.
• Explain cooking, storage and re-ordering guidance to customers.
• Prepare promotional literature and communicate details of new products or promotions.
• Seek new business opportunities and share best practices with colleagues.
• Promote the WFF healthy and nutritious meals to customers.
