Job summary

Enable Ireland operates a furniture shop in Galway City and seeks an Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales and motivate staff and volunteers. The role is permanent, part-time (24 hours/week) with a salary of €18,345.60 per annum plus a pro rata profit share and bonus if targets are met.

The successful candidate will have retail supervisory experience, strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills, and will help deliver excellent customer service while supporting

• Retail experience and supervisory responsibility are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills are required.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and developing the shop within agreed work plans and financial targets.
• Train, supervise and manage shop staff, including volunteers.
• Ensure the shop's appearance aligns with brand standards and creates an inviting customer experience.
