• Meet and exceed ongoing retail store sales targets.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are attractive and aligned with promotions.
• Recruitment and development of staff, volunteers, and social activation scheme employees.
• Ensure adequate staffing cover to meet daily/weekly trading needs.
• Ensure goods are of high quality and the store remains clean and professional.
• Oversee inventory, pricing, and stock rotation.
• Manage shop accounting procedures and cash handling.
• Lead store and community fundraising initiatives.
• Promote the Vision Ireland brand locally within budget constraints.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and training.
