Job summary

American International Group UK Limited, Ireland Branch & AIG Europe S.A. (Ireland Branch) seeks a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer to implement and mature PAM controls using CyberArk, protect credentials and secrets, and align with zero-trust principles.

You will partner with Principal Engineers and DevOps to integrate applications, manage privileged accounts, and extend PAM capabilities while providing training and guidance to users, admins, and developers.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• Hands-on PAM experience, ideally with CyberArk Enterprise Vault.
• CyberArk Defender Certification.
• Extremely proficient using CyberArk AAM.
• Proficient with ServiceNow and Active Directory.
• Conjur Fundamentals certification.
• Experience administering Secrets management solutions (HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Keyfactor, Conjur).
• Knowledge of LDAP/AD/Azure AD and Windows/Linux/Unix systems.
• Knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL, Postgres).
• Experience with mainframes (RACF, z/OS).
• Understanding of MFA and certificate-based authentication.

Responsibilities

• Support the securing and management of privileged accounts.
• Integrate applications with the PAM tool and extend PAM service capabilities.
• Work with users as the front line of Privileged Access.
• Collaborate with engineering to scope PAM requirements beyond out-of-the-box solutions.
• Install marketplace plug-ins to support adoption.
• Assist Principal Engineers to enhance PAM capabilities and automate processes.
• Provide training on CyberArk to end-users, Admins and DevOps.
• Maintain a clean, compliant environment for privileged access.
• Define and inventory privileged access; generate automated reports.
