Job summary

Responsibilities

• Contribute to care planning with focus on spiritual care across the team.
• Lead bereavement ceremonies and sacramental services according to hospital standards.
• Provide emotional, spiritual, and religious support and referrals as needed.
• Support staff wellbeing and facilitate access to supervision andEmployee Assistance Programme.
