Job summary

ENABLE IRELAND DISABILITY SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a driver for Marymount Hospital to transport clients and family members. This developmental opportunity offers accredited training and no prior experience is necessary.

You will work within the CE/Marymount team, duties include safe driving of an 8-seater or larger vehicle, supporting service users, and completing required paperwork with professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Good numeracy and literacy skills.
Excellent knowledge of the rules of the road.
Confidentiality and equal opportunities.
Experience driving an 8-seater vehicle or larger.
Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to undertake training and support Marymount/Age Action tasks.

Responsibilities

To attend to jobs as a member of the Marymount Hospital.
To maintain all the floral ambience of the area.
To display a friendly and empathetic demeanour when dealing with Marymount clients and to treat clients with the utmost respect at all times.
To report any concerns about the health, to the CE Supervisor.
To complete relevant paperwork.
To carry out all reasonable requests of Rosarie Hayes and undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
To attend meetings and training courses when necessary
To abide by company rules and regulations (Enable Ireland & Marymount Hospital)
Any other reasonable duties required
