Job summary

Nua Healthcare Services in Roscommon invites applications for a Painter to maintain and beautify our residential properties and facilities. The role focuses on painting internal and external areas to a high standard, with a rostered shift pattern across a 7-day cycle.

Applicants should have practical painting experience, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work safely within a multi-disciplinary team; driving licence is a plus and dedication to high-quality workmanship is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Paint and upkeep of company properties.

• Ensure safe and proper use of lighting, heating, and ventilation equipment.
• Complete required reporting and documentation.
• Work efficiently and neatly.
• Participate in rotational on-call system.

The role of The Painter will be responsible for painting and upkeep of our various properties, completing general painting duties as requested within the allotted time frame.

Job Objectives

• Notify management concerning need for major repairs or additions.

• Reports any unsafe conditions to management.
• Complies with company's safety / security rules and instructions in performing.
