Job summary

Nua Healthcare Services is seeking a Painter to maintain and beautify our residential and community properties across Ireland. The role involves painting internal and external surfaces, ensuring a high standard of upkeep, and working within a multi-department team to meet project timelines.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year in a similar role, a full clean driver’s licence, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
• Full clean driver’s licence is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Live the company mission and values.
• Maintain and upkeep properties, with internal/external painting duties.
• Notify management of major repairs or additions.
• Ensure safe operation of lighting, heating and ventilation equipment.
• Complete reporting and documentation as required.
• Work efficiently and complete painting tasks neatly.
• Participate in rotational on-call system.

The role of The Painter will be responsible for painting and upkeep of our various properties, completing general painting duties as requested within the allotted time frame.

Job Objectives

• Complies with company's safety / security rules and instructions in performing.
