Job summary

Nua Healthcare Services in Ireland is seeking a dedicated Painter to maintain and refresh the appearance of our residential and community properties. You will perform internal and external painting duties within agreed timeframes.

The role requires a valid Driver’s license, reliable attendance and the ability to work as part of a multi-department team; prior painting experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in painting and upkeep of properties.
• Ability to complete painting tasks in timeframes.
• Good communication with management and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain upkeep of all properties through painting and repairs as required.
• Complete internal and external painting duties within deadlines.
• Notify management of major repairs or additions.
• Inspect lighting, heating and ventilation equipment.
• Complete reporting and documentation.
• Ensure safety of property and equipment; report unsafe conditions.
• Work efficiently and complete tasks neatly; participate in on-call rotations.

The role of The Painter will be responsible for painting and upkeep of our various properties, completing general painting duties as requested within the allotted time frame.
