• 4–6 years of specialist digital experience in paid media, social or related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience planning, executing, optimising and evaluating paid digital campaigns.

• Lead the planning, implementation, optimisation and evaluation of paid digital campaigns, with focus on paid social and YouTube.
• Manage campaign performance, audiences, creative formats and budgets, using data to optimise investment and results.
• Collaborate with media agencies, platform partners and internal stakeholders, providing clear briefs and direction.
• Incorporate organic social, content insights and digital trends into paid activity to amplify effective content.
• Take ownership of selected projects across social, web, app and email/CRM, sharing insights with the team.
