Enterprise Mobility is offering a paid six-month Management Placement Programme for undergraduates to gain real-world business experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Based in a retail branch in Ireland, you’ll receive mentorship, classroom learning, and on-the-job training to launch your career.

You’ll be positioned to take on responsibilities and develop leadership skills from day one.

Qualifications

• Qualifications include: full manual driving licence for ROI/UK/EU; accommodations for non-drivers; no recent drug or alcohol offences.

Responsibilities

• Customer service: handle reservations, enquiries, and build rapport with customers.
• Sales and marketing: connect with local business partners, grow network and relationships.
• Financial control and profitability: understand cost control and interpret profit and loss statements.
• Operations and logistics: manage a fleet, plan strategically, drive performance.
• Leadership and development: mentor and train your own team, with promotion opportunities.
