Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Dublin offers a one year Management Placement Programme for undergraduate students. As an Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations in a supportive environment.

You’ll work in a retail branch, take on real responsibilities from day one, with opportunities for promotion, performance bonuses, incentives and employee referral rewards as you grow.

Qualifications

• All undergraduate university students eligible; selection based on demonstrated competencies.
• Must have a full manual driving licence (ROI/UK/EU); accommodations for non-drivers.
• No drug or alcohol related offences on driving record in the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Customer service: handle reservations, inquiries, and build rapport with customers.
• Sales/Marketing: connect with local partners and grow the network.
• Financial control: understand profitability and cost management basics.
• Operations/Logistics: learn fleet planning and performance driving.
• Leadership: opportunities to mentor and develop others as you grow.
