Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking an Intern for its One Year Management Placement Programme based in Waterford. As an Intern you’ll gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations within a supported, inclusive environment.

You’ll receive paid training with opportunities for promotion, performance bonuses, and mentorship as you contribute to real projects and develop leadership skills for a future career in our global mobility business.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student eligible regardless of university or subject.
• Must have a full manual driving licence (ROI/UK/EU).
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle reservations with confidence.
• Connect with local partners and support sales and marketing efforts.
• Understand financial mechanics, cost control and profitability basics.
• Learn fleet management, planning and performance improvement across operations and logistics.
• Take a leadership role in mentoring and developing teammates as you grow.
