Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is offering a paid six-month Management Placement Programme. Based in one of our retail branches, the internship provides hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with mentorship and real responsibilities from day one.

You will gain exposure to leadership development and the opportunity for promotion, with additional incentives and referral rewards as you grow within the programme.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be undergraduate students enrolled in a degree program.
• No disqualifying offences; driving licence required or accommodations available.
• Applications limited to one location per applicant.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by handling reservations and enquiries.
• Develop skills in sales, marketing, and partnerships with local businesses.
• Understand financial mechanics including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
• Learn fleet management, strategic planning, and operations logistics.
• Lead, mentor, and potentially promote team members as you grow.

Customer Service:

Deliver exceptional experiences by confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.

Qualifications

• We accept applications for our Management Placement and Internship Programme from all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended and subjects being studied. Our assessment is based on how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.
• You must have a full manual Republic of Ireland, UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
