Job summary

Paediatric Community Nursing in Ireland seeks a nurse to care for a child with complex needs at home in Rathnew. This is one-to-one nursing in a family setting, with the same child on every shift. Day and night shifts are available, with a rota built around what suits you.

An urgent start is required, and full clinical training is provided, including tracheostomy care, epilepsy management and PEG feeding. Experience caring for children is essential; paediatric registration is not required.

Requirements

• RGN, RCN or RNID


• Active NMBI registration


• Experience of paediatric care


• Comfortable working alone in a family home, by day or overnight

What we offer

• €24.15 to €32.00 per hour


• Full-time or part-time


• Full clinical training and induction before your first shift


• Ongoing support and supervision from the paediatric nursing team
