Job summary

OhioHealth in Ohio seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Post Anesthesia Care Pacu team, providing comprehensive nursing care within a 24/7 acute care setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care as part of a multidisciplinary group dedicated to safety and quality.

Day shift, 40 hours per week, with responsibilities in PACU and collaboration across departments. Requires an Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and BSN within five years of employment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license from the State of Ohio or a multi-state compact license.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Provide professional nursing care to patients and families across the continuum of care.
• Delegate nursing tasks to LPNs and UAPs according to policy and act within the Nurse Practice Act.
• Engage in process improvement to achieve quality, safety, and efficiency goals.
