Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED (Required).
• BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association.
• LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - National Council of State Boards of Nursing.
• Must hold a current license from the State of Ohio and completed Ohio Board of Nursing approved medication course.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing health status assessment and documents data.
• Develops and coordinates care plans and individualizes medical management plans.
• Evaluates response to nursing interventions and revises plan of care accordingly.
• Delegates tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel and coordinates continuity of care.
• Participates in process improvement to improve clinical quality, safety and efficiency.
