Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Overhead Linesman with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience working on overhead electricity distribution networks up to 33kV.
• Strong understanding of safe systems of work and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation.
• Supervise and support linesmen and operatives on site.
• Work closely with the Site Supervisor and client representatives.
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Provide technical input and decision-making on site tasks.
• Report safety observations and hazards promptly.
• Conduct overhead line maintenance and repair works.
• Ensure correct use of tools and equipment.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship.
