Job summary

Google Dublin is seeking an Outreach Program Manager for Talent Engagement to design and run a program of virtual and in-person events across EMEA. The role requires Hebrew and English proficiency to partner with local clients and regional teams.

You will work with recruiting, employment brand, and People Operations to align hiring priorities, measure impact with data, and manage budgets while ensuring exceptional candidate experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in event management, recruiting, or a related field.
  • Ability to communicate in Hebrew and English fluently.
  • Ability to travel internationally, including to Israel.

Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and execute virtual and in-person hiring events across EMEA.
  • Partner with recruiting, branding, employment brand, and leaders to align priorities.
  • Track ROI and data hygiene; provide clear performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with Employment Brand to create recruiting assets for events.
  • Manage event budgets, vendor relations, and spend reconciliation.

  • Experience in talent attraction, employer branding, or recruitment marketing, with a focus on events.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion within a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Experience managing program budgets and external vendor relationships.
  • Familiarity with the EMEA tech talent landscape.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to leverage data to measure program effectiveness and inform strategy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels.

Responsibilities
  • Design, plan, and execute a variety of virtual and in-person hiring events across EMEA, from large-scale conferences to events and intimate dinners for talent.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including recruiting, pipeline excellence, employment brand, people operations, and executive business leaders, to align on hiring priorities and ensure seamless execution of initiatives for critical business areas.
  • Track the impact and Return on Investment (ROI) of all programs and events using internal tools and dashboards. Ensure data hygiene and use insights to provide clear performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Employment Brand team to create recruiting assets such as Social media collateral, flyers, QR codes for events, and video content to attract talent.
  • Manage budgets for events and programs, including vendor relations, swag ordering, and ensuring all spend is tracked and reconciled.
