The role focuses on outbound calls to arrange appointments for our Financial Consultants and to manage the diaries to ensure consultations proceed as scheduled, meeting client expectations. This entry-level position offers on-the-job training with encouragement to undertake QFA exams, and a strong monthly bonus structure linked to performance, along with flexible working from home

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dealing with customers over the phone or in a customer service role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets.
• Strong IT skills with good working knowledge of the MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and arrange appointments with clients and public sector members.
• Meet monthly targets based on call volume and appointment scheduling with a bonus
• Deal with clients in a professional and timely manner with a customer-first approach.
• Cross-sell other Cornmarket products and services.
• Perform administration duties such as data entry, logging and scanning.
• Participate in weekly team meetings.
• Continuously look for ways to improve existing processes.
