Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in IT, CS, engineering, cybersecurity or related field.
• 5+ years supporting OT, IT infra or manufacturing systems in regulated environments.
• Hands-on Cisco networking experience and virtualization expertise.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems and Active Directory.
• Proven track record delivering OT/infrastructure projects in GxP settings.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain OT infrastructure across manufacturing environments.
• Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of critical systems.
• Provide technical support for OT systems, servers, workstations, and network infrastructure.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.
• Administer Cisco networking equipment and network segmentation.
• Manage VMware vSphere and Hyper-V environments; perform VM provisioning and maintenance.
• Administer Windows Server and Linux OT platforms; perform patching and hardening.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and access controls; support integration with IAM.
• Lead or participate in OT infrastructure projects with cross-functional teams.
