Job summary

JD.com is expanding its international footprint and seeking skilled professionals to support accounts receivable and settlement operations across a global logistics network. The role focuses on reconciling bills, handling exceptions, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with financial policies in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate across departments to optimize cash flow and support scalable growth.

Responsibilities

Review logistics costs, insurance premiums, and other bills; identify data discrepancies and drive resolution of exceptions.
Analyze pain points in the settlement process; propose system function optimization requirements and drive implementation; design automation tools.
Monitor contract terms, settlement documents, and fund flows; identify compliance risks; develop preventive measures for policy compliance.
Coordinate with business and technical departments to allocate resources and resolve bottlenecks in settlement processes.
Regularly produce settlement analysis reports; use data modeling to identify risks and optimization opportunities; support management decisions.
Track accounts receivable aging and payment progress; develop and implement collection strategies; analyze bad debt causes and propose improvements.
