• Diagnose settlement workflow bottlenecks and advocate for system upgrades to improve efficiency.
• Monitor contract terms, settlement documents, and fund flows to detect compliance risks and mitigate them.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with business and tech to resolve settlement bottlenecks.
• Generate periodic settlement analytics and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Track receivables aging and improve recovery, analyzing root causes to maintain liquidity.
