Nucleo is seeking an Oracle Specialist to deliver Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) expertise across financial, procurement and project processes. You will analyze requirements, develop reporting and data solutions, and ensure accurate information to support decision-making and stakeholder relationships.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality Oracle solutions, supporting budget monitoring and month-end reporting, and enhancing data quality across projects and operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate significant experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 in Purchasing, AP and Projects.
• Demonstrate strong SQL, data analysis and reporting skills with Oracle BI/Discoverer or similar tools.
• Demonstrate advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with financial reporting, budgeting, accruals, migration and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Apply Oracle EBS R12 expertise to support business and financial processes.
• Analyse Oracle EBS Purchasing, Procurement/AP and Projects tables to support requirements and reporting.
• Develop SQL queries and reports to support procurement, financial analysis and management reporting.

This role provides specialist Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) expertise to support the effective delivery and ongoing improvement of financial, procurement and project-related business processes. The role is responsible for analysing business requirements, developing reporting and data solutions, and ensuring accurate and reliable information is available to support decision‑making. Success in the position is demonstrated through the timely delivery of high‑quality Oracle solutions, accurate financial reporting, effective data management and strong stakeholder relationships. The role supports the wider organisation by strengthening Oracle capability and enabling efficient, well‑controlled business processes across projects and operational activities

Responsibilities

• Apply Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 expertise to support business and financial processes.
• Analyse and work with Oracle EBS Purchasing, Procurement/Accounts Payable (AP) and Projects tables to support business requirements and reporting.

Requirements

• Relevant third‑level qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate significant experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12, particularly within Purchasing, Accounts Payable and Projects.
• Demonstrate strong SQL, data analysis and reporting skills, with experience using Oracle BI, Discoverer or similar reporting tools.
• Demonstrate advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, together with experience supporting financial reporting, budgeting, accruals, data migration and data quality activities.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
• Oracle E-Business Suite or relevant Oracle certifications are desirable but not essential.
• Certifications in SQL, data analytics, project management or related disciplines are also advantageous.
