Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle Fusion Solution Architect in Dublin to lead solution design across ERP and HCM programmes. You will work with client leaders and delivery teams, guiding architecture decisions and helping EY build trusted, future‑focused services.

You will translate complex business needs into practical architecture, data, security and integration strategies, partnering with stakeholders and mentoring delivery teams.

Qualifications

Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and implementation experience.
Ability to translate business needs into architecture and integration decisions.
Experience guiding design governance and working with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead solution design for Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM programmes.
Translate business needs into architecture and integration decisions.
Guide governance, challenge requirements, align with client priorities.
Collaborate with executives, facilitate workshops, communicate decisions.
Coach delivery teams and contribute to EY Oracle Cloud growth.
Contribute to proposals and client conversations.
