Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle Fusion Solution Architect in Dublin to lead solution design across ERP and HCM programmes. You will work with client leaders and delivery teams, guiding architecture decisions and helping EY build trusted, future‑focused services.

You will translate complex business needs into practical architecture, data, security and integration strategies, partnering with stakeholders and mentoring delivery teams.

Qualifications

The opportunity

Help clients shape large-scale Oracle Cloud transformations and turn complex business needs into clear, practical solutions. As an Oracle Fusion Solution Architect, you will lead solution design across enterprise resource planning, human capital management, or both. You will work with client leaders and delivery teams, guide important architecture decisions and help EY build trusted, future‑focused services. This is an opportunity to influence programmes from early design through deployment while developing teams and strengthening client relationships.

Your key responsibilities

• Leading solution design for Oracle Fusion enterprise resource planning and human capital management programmes.
• Translating business needs into clear architecture, process and integration decisions.
• Guiding design governance, challenging requirements and balancing Oracle leading practice with client priorities.
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders, facilitating workshops and communicating decisions clearly.
• Coordinating distributed delivery teams and supporting colleagues through coaching and mentoring.
• Contributing to proposals, client conversations and the growth of EY’s Oracle Cloud services.

Skills and attributes for Success

You will bring strong Oracle Fusion Cloud solution architecture capability and experience guiding complex implementations from design through deployment. You can connect business processes, data, security, reporting and integrations into a coherent solution. Your expertise may centre on finance and procurement, human resources and payroll, or span both areas. You communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical audiences, build trusted relationships and make balanced decisions in complex delivery environments.

Ideally, You’ll also have

• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services, data migration, reporting, role‑based security and third‑party integrations would be valuable.
• Experience in public services, financial services, utilities, healthcare, higher education or shared services would also be helpful.
• Relevant Oracle Cloud, architecture or programme delivery certifications are welcomed but not essential.
