Job summary

Optical Express is recruiting an Optometrist for our Cork clinic, located in Mahon Point shopping centre. You will join a multidisciplinary team including ophthalmologists to deliver a broad range of eye-care services to patients in a state-of-the-art setting.

The successful candidate will be CORU registered with at least two years of clinical optometry experience. The role includes pre/post-operative care, clinical support to surgeons, and comprehensive eye examinations within a busy clinic.

Qualifications

• CORU registration as Optometrist is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an optometrist.

Responsibilities

• Pre and post-operative consultations for refractive and cataract surgery patients.
• Provide clinical support to ophthalmologists.
• Conduct Essential and Advanced Eye Examinations for patients.

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an optometrist to provide care to patients from our clinic in Cork, located in Cork’s premium shopping centre, Mahon Point.

You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team alongside experienced eye care professionals, including ophthalmologists, and play a crucial role in the delivery of a diverse range of clinical eye care services to our patients.

The ideal candidate will be a CORU registered optometrist for a minimum of 2 years.
