Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DWDM or Optical Transport Networks
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management capabilities
• Experience in Network Operations, NOC, Telecoms, ISP, Carrier, or Optical Operations environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Operate and support DWDM optical transport networks over fibre infrastructure
• Manage network events including fibre cuts, signal degradation, restoration, and rerouting activities
• Perform software upgrades on optical networking platforms within structured maintenance windows
• Troubleshoot optical transport issues and maintain network performance and availability
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external vendors
• Support change-managed network operations while ensuring minimal service impact
