Job summary

Beaumont Hospital in Dublin is seeking an Operations Project & Performance Officer to provide project, performance, analytical and operational support to the COO Office. You will monitor hospital performance, coordinate priority delivery and support improvement initiatives across services.

The role requires strong data skills, experience with Excel and BI tools, and the ability to manage competing priorities while building effective relationships with staff and governance bodies.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, programmes or improvement initiatives.
• Experience collecting, analysing and presenting data or management information.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and competence in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to produce clear, accurate and professional reports, presentations and briefing materials.

Responsibilities

• Support the COO in monitoring hospital operational performance indicators across services.
• Collate and maintain regular operational performance reports and dashboards.
• Analyse data to identify trends and performance issues.
• Develop clear charts, tables and presentations to support communication of performance.
