Job summary

Qualifications

• Be educated to Degree level (min level 8) in a relevant clinical profession, operations or Business, Finance, HR, Management
• Have over 5 years relevant senior management experience with at least three in a healthcare operations role in a large healthcare or relevant organisation
• Proven track record of implementing change projects
• Experience of managing a large complex budget

Responsibilities

• Operational Management: lead access performance and service planning
• Manage waiting lists, resource utilisation and capacity planning
• Develop and maintain monthly performance reports including waiting list performance and hospital activity
• Deliver operational plans aligned to hospital strategy and development programmes
