Job summary

Beaumont Hospital in Dublin 9, Ireland invites applications for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role. The CEO will provide strategic leadership and oversee the Executive Management Team within Beaumont Hospital and its related services, reporting to the Hospital Board and Department of Health, and aligning with the HSE Dublin and North East region.

• Executive leadership and governance experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and leadership to Beaumont Hospital's Executive Management Team.
• Deliver and implement the 5 Year Strategic Plan (2025–2030) and ensure financial and operational performance.
• Promote patient-centred care, education, research and innovation in a clinical setting.

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for providing strategic oversight, support, and clear leadership to the Executive Management Team within Beaumont Hospital. The Hospital is in the process of implementing its new 5 Year Strategic Plan (2025 – 2030). With a passion and commitment to delivering operational excellence, the successful candidate will implement the agreed vision for the future of Beaumont Hospital, maintain the Hospital’s commitment to delivering
