Job summary

Osborne Recruitment Consultancy is hiring a Clinic Floor Manager in Mullingar to oversee day-to-day clinic operations, optimise patient flow, and ensure safety standards are met. You will lead administrative and clinical teams, coordinate scheduling, and report to senior leadership.

The role requires strong organisation, prioritisation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across locations, travel as needed, and maintain high standards of care and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing a team in a busy clinical environment.
• Degree in Healthcare or equivalent.
• Experience or knowledge of ophthalmology desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage clinic rotas aligned with clinical activity.
• Coordinate support across locations and ensure adequate cover.
• Plan, organise and delegate work effectively.
• Improve patient flow and resolve bottlenecks.
• Monitor scheduling, staff performance and safety protocols.
• Support rollout of new technologies and services.
• Manage HR processes including attendance, leave and training.
