Teleperformance in Dublin City Centre is seeking a Turkish-speaking Multi Channel Quality Expert Reviewer to support the quality review of client workflows. The role requires proven content moderation experience and is fully office-based with 40 hours per week.
Initial training lasts four weeks on site in Dublin. The position offers a permanent contract with employee benefits and on-site onboarding to ensure policy alignment and accurate content evaluation.

You will be supporting the quality review of the Client workflows managed by the Clients Global Operations team including but not limited to:
The Services shall support the quality review of the following Client workflows managed by Clients Special Ops/Global Risk Ops (GRO) focus on the following areas:

This is a full-time permanent role. Applicants must hold a valid and sufficiently long permission to work in Ireland to enable them to perform the role on an ongoing basis. Where work permission is due to expire shortly, the Company may require evidence of a pending renewal application to progress an offer.
