Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process goods inwards and outwards.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage inventory, stock movements and stock control records.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory audits.
• Operate Counterbalance and Reach Forklifts safely.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth material flow.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe stores environment.
• Support continuous improvement across warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting, and processing goods inwards and outwards.
• Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Managing inventory, stock movements, and stock control records.
• Carrying out cycle counts and supporting inventory audits.
• Operating Counterbalance and Reach Forklifts safely and effectively.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth movement of materials.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe stores environment.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and quality procedures.

About You

• Previous experience in a stores, warehouse, logistics, or inventory environment.
• Counterbalance and Reach Forklift experience/certification preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and general IT skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
