Job summary

Bausch + Lomb in Waterford is seeking motivated Operators on a temporary basis to support our manufacturing team and contribute to the production of high-quality eye health products used globally.

The successful candidate will perform production and operations tasks across our Waterford plant as part of an empowered team, working a 4 shift pattern to help ensure reliable product supply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors equipment as deemed appropriate by skill level.
• Provides materials in accordance with established procedures.
• Works within compliance with GMP, procedures, regulations, safety programs and lean manufacturing principles.
• Ensures daily targets are achieved while maintaining GMP and housekeeping standards.
• Maximises outputs within quality standards.
• Solves production issues and engages in continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will be expected to perform various production and operations related tasks across various business units within the Waterford plant as part of an empowered team to aid in the manufacture and reliable supply of product. This is a 4 Shift position.

• Operates and monitors equipment as deemed appropriate by skill level
• Provides materials in accordance with established procedures.
• Work within compliance with appropriate procedures, documentation, governmental regulations, safety programs, lean manufacturing principles and current good manufacturing practices
• Ensure all daily targets are achieved while maintaining good standards of GMP and housekeeping within the area
• Maximise outputs of all products, within quality standards
• Solve Production issues & working on continuous improvement initiatives
