Job summary

Osborne - Recruitment Consultancy in Drogheda, Co.Louth is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operational activity and lead an operations team. You will coordinate stock control, PPE adherence and health and safety practices while handling administration tasks and training schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities, with flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

Osborne are currently hiring for an experienced Operations Supervisor for our client based in Drogheda, Co.Louth.

As an Operations Supervisor, your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Working as part of a small, dedicated team to oversee operational activity.
• You will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating daily operations.
• You will be responsible for managing an operations team.
• Co-ordinating and managing the stock control and management programme.
• Being responsible for team’s adherence to PPE.
• Taking a lead in ensuring adherence to best practice in relation to health and safety procedures.
• Ensuring all required administration duties are completed.
• Co-ordinating training schedules and training courses.
• Other duties as assigned.
• The candidate should have experience in Team Leadership or Management in a operations based industry and display strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and on own initiative is essential.
• All candidates must be safety conscious and have a genuine ‘can-do’ attitude.
• The successful candidates must be able to work flexible hours and be available to work weekends as required to support a busy 24/7 operation.
