Job summary

CPM Ireland are seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to join our team, supporting the National Broadband Ireland (NBI) account and handling the full lifecycle of sales and customer orders on internal platforms. This role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and efficient order processing to deliver a seamless customer journey.

The ideal candidate will own the customer journey from sale through installation and activation, perform QA calls, and ensure SLAs are met.

Qualifications

• 12 months+ experience in fast-paced operations, admin, or customer support.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ownership of processes and outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfort communicating with customers by phone and email with a customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process NBI sales orders accurately and on time daily/weekly/monthly.
• Maintain detailed order reports and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance across sales processing, reporting, and QA activities.
• Complete quality calls with customers to confirm order details and compliance.
• Own the customer journey from sale to installation and activation.
• Manage sales and installation pipelines to maximise connections and minimise delays.
• Collaborate with sales, field teams, and clients to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and customer experience.
• Coordinate with customers and installation partners for appointments and updates.
