Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Operations Business Partner to strengthen governance, data quality, and financial reporting across client projects in Ireland. You will link Operations, Finance and Shared Services, ensuring accurate project and financial information and supporting system ownership.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, process control, and effective stakeholder engagement, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and project success.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years in an operational, finance, project support, or business administration role.
• Experience supporting reporting, forecasting, invoicing, or project administration activities.
• Experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support project lifecycle, governance, and data management across operations and finance.
• Maintain project and financial records in ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Produce monthly operational and financial reports; assist forecasting and budgeting.
• Monitor invoicing, costs, and supplier invoices; support month-end activities.
• Foster stakeholder relationships and drive governance and continuous improvement.
