Job summary

The Byrne Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily hotel operations across Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping and more. You will drive guest satisfaction, optimize service delivery and ensure financial performance.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will develop operational strategies, manage budgets, and mentor department heads while fostering a collaborative, guest‑centric culture.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience working in F&B Management.
• Proven track record of people management and leadership.
• Must be able to multi-task and take a hands-on approach.
• Ability to lead and motivate.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Support and develop departmental managers across Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Maintenance and other operational areas.
• Drive exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining consistently high service standards.
• Monitor operational performance, budgets, and departmental KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety, fire safety, and company policies.
• Manage staffing levels, recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and implement service improvements where required.
• Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement operational strategies.
• Maximise revenue opportunities while effectively managing costs.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused workplace culture.
