Job summary

Kinisla is offering a permanent, full‑time two‑year graduate programme starting September 2027 designed to develop future senior leaders through formal learning, hands‑on experience and mentoring across the business.

You will rotate across operations, supply chain and quality, contribute to Lean and HACCP training, deliver projects, and build a broad network while completing a 2:1 degree aligned with operations, food science or supply chain.

Qualifications

• Degree with at least a 2:1 classification.
• Degree related to operations, food science, supply chain or similar is helpful but not essential.
• Interest in a career in FMCG and/or food manufacturing.
• You are curious, open to learning and actively seek feedback.

Responsibilities

• Support plant operations and contribute to achieving production targets.
• Lead or assist with projects related to new product introductions and process improvements.
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality, finance, health & safety and commercial teams on cross-functional solutions.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and HACCP training to build technical and compliance capabilities.
• Take ownership of learning, seek feedback and build relationships across functions.
• Build a strong understanding of Kinisla's product portfolio and its applications across retail and foodservice channels.
